Beck's Odelay Doesn't Know Grammer

The first pressing of the recent Odelay Deluxe Reissue was found to have gone out with un-proofed lyrics that were taken from a lyrics website as place holders for layout purposes.

Beck apologizes for this unfortunate oversight and is making
arrangements for the corrected lyrics to be available gratis via
Beck.com. Subsequent pressings of the Odelay Deluxe will also include the corrected lyrics.

San Francisco's Noise Pop Festival Lineup!

San Francisco’s Noise Pop Festival, which runs February 26 to March 2nd, has announced the final artist line-up. As always, the six-day event will wind down in style. This year’s closing show is the world premiere of She & Him, the new musical project from M. Ward and Zooey Deschanel. The duo headlines the Great American Music Hall on Sunday, March 2nd.

New Kids On The Block Again?

A New Kids on the Block reunion is in the works. Can you believe it? Time to get out your acid wash jeans with matching jackets!

The band's official website is, after a long period of dormancy, once again up and running and imploring fans to keep hanging tough for a forthcoming announcement. That announcement, per People, is that Jordan Knight, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, Jonathan Knight and Danny Wood will be making like the Spice Girls and relaunching their once chart-dominating act.

There's no word yet, however, on whether the group's resurrection will include a tour, a greatest-hits album or the release of any new material.

Coachella 2008 Tickets

Tickets to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival went on sale this morning. Did you pick yours up? Ticket sales are expected to be lower this year with Goldenvoice's choice of headliners. If you do decide to go this year, tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com.

Coachella Lineup!

The 2008 Coachella lineup was accidentally announced a day early on LA's Star 98.7 this morning. (It was to be announced in the US on KROQ on January 22nd. According to Star 98.7, the bands are: David Bowie, Radiohead, The Verve, Rilo Kiley, One Republic....more to come. But this could still be fake.

"The indie-rock kids of Coachella are in store for a classic-rock moment this April: Roger Waters of Pink Floyd will re-create the band’s trippy 1973 masterpiece “Dark Side of the Moon” on the festival’s main stage, which also will feature the Raconteurs, the Verve, Jack Johnson, Kraftwerk and a reunion of Portishead.

The ninth edition of the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival will take over the Empire Polo Field outside the dusty town of Indio from April 25 through 27. The 125-act lineup was announced Monday afternoon at a press conference in Mexico City with Death Cab for Cutie, My Morning Jacket, Love and Rockets, and Justice among the names on the bill along with M.I.A., the Breeders, Rilo Kiley, Sasha & Digweed, Café Tacuba and Fatboy Slim. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.

The festival has become a touchstone event in California and fan speculation has pinged across the Internet for months, along with a flurry of hoax lineups and posters; one apparently was convincing enough to fool the staff at (KYSR-FM) 98.7, which on Monday breathlessly reported that Radiohead and Muse would top the bill. Prince, David Bowie, the Smiths and No Doubt were the most commonly rumored Coachella acts; the booking of Waters, however, was a left-field choice and a generational mystery to many young loyalists of the Coachella brand."

JIMMY EAT WORLD AND PARAMORE CONFIRM U.S. CO-HEADLINE TOUR

It has just been confirmed that Jimmy Eat World and Paramore are to co-headline a tour scheduled to start in March 2008.

Full schedule, on-sale dates and support acts will be announced shortly.

Said Jimmy Eat World singer Jim Adkins, "We're very excited for the upcoming tour with Paramore. We got to know them last December while playing festivals together. They put on a great show and we think it's going to be an awesome bill." Rock the Rabbit 2008

For the second year in a row, Playboy’s Rock the Rabbit initiative will fuse rock, hip-hop, art and fashion in conjunction with Playboy magazine’s annual March music issue (on newsstands February 12, 2008). Coachella 2008 Lineup & Possibly Moving?

The Coachella 2008 is rumored to be announced Monday in Mexico City according to THIS WEBSITE.
