Les Savy Fav play their first Southeast show in 4 years this July! The Nasher Museum is their one of only six shows that they will be performing at this Summer, it represents the second date on their art museum-only tour of the world (MOMA was gig#1). The Nasher Museum's collection and programming are widely respected in the international contemporary art community, the list of artists exhibiting their collections, is like a who's who of hip, young and groundbreaking. Les Savy Fav released their digital only live LP this Spring. Arriving on the heels of last year’s universally-adored Let’s Stay Friends, the digital-only After The Balls Drop documents Les Savy Fav’s 2008 New Years performance at Bowery Ballroom in NYC, a show that capped off a wildly successful year with an hour of insanity, serious celebration, and covers of classics from CCR, Nirvana, Misfits, Pixies and Love.
