After rattling stages across the pond all summer long from the Glastonbury Festival to sold out sweaty club shows to warming stages for the Raconteurs, White Denim has gained accolades from fans and critics alike for their blues infused punk riot.After releasing last years much beloved Let's Talk About It EP and giving away tracks for free on RCRD LBL, the Austin based power trio will return stateside to release the self produced, full length Exposion on November 3rd via Transmission Entertainment.
White Denim took over this years SXSW with cheers from worldwide press and much love for their cracklin' psychedelic tunes. US audiences have patiently waited but now they finally have their White Denim!

White Denim: James, Josh, and Steve. Three piece. Austin, Texas on the U.S. map. Tex-Mex is the local staple. Rock and Roll music created the old fashioned way. Tucked away and cobbled together with their own blood, sweat, and tears. Driftwood, Texas the actual base of operations. Gibby Haynes resides a few dirt roads away. In the days of yore, music was written and recorded sans the overproduced technological shrink-wrapped treatment. The safe zones. White Denim have never adhered to those commodified traditions. The magic within their music is pure and loose. Tight. Their mantra? 'We Do it our Way'. Stripped down. Self produced. Less is More. The recipe continuously evolving. White Denim create a motley stew of ferociousness without aping anyone in particular. You can taste Southern Soul, Nuggets and Pebbles, Pink Fairies, Texas Psychedelia, Hot Rats-era free form, and a tinge of Augie Meyers style flourishes. Rock and Roll has lost it's mythical power and prowess over the years. The pureness of the art form has been watered down to the point of evaporation. White Denim have re-injected a refreshing approach. Ride Sally Ride. Their new long player, Exposion, is a ticket too their world. The time is now. Don't think about it...all you gotta do is...Do It!
