THIRD EYE BLIND RELEASE DIGITAL-ONLY EP, RED STAR, ON NOVEMBER 18

Third Eye Blind are back with their uncanny lyrical sensibilities mixed with hook-laden melodies. Known for their hits delivered with wicked, controversial and brutal words, their rabid fanbase continues to inspire the band.
On November 18, they will release a digital-only EP called RED STAR which includes new tracks “Non-Dairy Creamer,” “Red Star,” Why Can’t You Be (live)” as well as a video vignette “Making of Ursa Major," which is the title of their forthcoming full-length.

Third Eye Blind continue to creatively utilize technology and recently allowed fans to become involved in the mixing of URSA MAJOR, due out spring 2009.

Non-Dairy Creamer is a very catchy tune with a beat that stays in my head for hours. The lyrics are very unique, but are meant to be tongue-in-cheek. This is simply a fun song.

However, NDC is just the beginning of the resurgence of Third Eye Blind, and I would recommend everyone to go to their myspace and listen to Red Star and Why Can't You Be (live), and you will hear the greatness that is Third Eye Blind. Also be sure to pick up the Red Star EP Tuesday and stay tuned for Ursa Major early 2009!!

Third Eye Blind have remained engaging and brilliant for years, despite all of the 'nineties band' BS. I think this release, and the final album in Spring '09 will confirm everything that die-hard fans have already knew. Sorry, everyone, they won't be California's best kept secret for much longer!

Non Dairy Creamer is a fun song and the music is great. It gets stuck in my head and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm only hours away from the release of the EP and can't wait to hear what other songs Third Eye Blind come up with for their new album.

Third Eye Blind truly is ROCK! The guitar tones are super smooth and I love the progressions! The drums on Non Dairy Creamer match the song perfectly too! +1 3eb!
