2. DTYF reserves the rights to change the dates of the promotion.
3. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
4. Enter on-line by your full name to dtyfmusicnews@gmail.com with The Black Keys Contest in the subject line.
5. One entry per person.
6. Must be 18 years or older to enter and must be a U.S. citizen.
7. By entering, you release the sponsors of this promotion, their agencies, officers, employees, agents, and assignees from any and all liability with respect to prizes. You also consent to the promotional use of your name and likeness without compensation.
8. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
9. All decisions of DTYF are final and binding.
10. No substitutions, cash redemption in lieu of prizes unless indicated, or transfer of prizes by winners is permitted.
11. Where applicable, each prize is given to recipient in good condition. DTYF is not responsible for future malfunctions.
12. Once notified, it is the responsibility of the winner to claim his/her prize by replying to the winning notification e-mail within seven (7) business days of winning. If prize is not claimed, it is forfeited and returned to prize pool.
13. Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules will be resolved by DTYF in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned and that decision shall be final and binding on all entrants.
